The Design Council has awarded in Frankfurt the "Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany 2010" to the Audi AG. In detail Audi won in the category of "Design Product Design Gold Prize" this prestigious design award. It was accepted by Axel Strotbek, a member of the Board of Audi AG and the financial organization. A jury consisting of representatives from industry, academia and the media decided the winner. The selection panel was appointed by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology.
